We welcome outside non-alcoholic beverages and simple dry snacks. Walk-ins are highly welcome, but we advise reserving a table during high-traffic weekend slots to avoid wait times.
Most guests spend between 1 to 3 hours selecting, designing, and painting. There is absolutely no rush; you are welcome to spend as much time as you need during our operating hours.
Pricing is determined solely by the specific bisque pottery piece you select. This transparent pricing model includes all materials, access to our full color palette of glazes, professional studio tools, and kiln firing services. There are no hidden studio fees.
Once completed, we dry, dip-glaze, and fire your creations in our high-fire kilns. This process takes approximately 5 to 7 days. We will contact you immediately when your piece is cooled and ready for safe collection.
Yes, our professional glazes are completely non-toxic and lead-free. Once kiln-fired, they are totally safe for holding food or liquids. To protect the hand-crafted look and finish, we recommend washing by hand and avoiding microwave use over time.
